IN YOURSELF.
Liza brackbill, licsw
You're here because you’ve had enough.
You're tired of feeling stuck in the same cycle—exhausted by the constant "what ifs," the heaviness of self-doubt, or the drain of endless life stress. You know that deep down, you're capable of more, and the life you truly want is waiting just beyond this anxiety.
You’re in the right spot.
I'm Liza, and I'm here to support you in bridging that gap.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you already possess the innate keys to succeeding - you just need the right support to unlock them.
My journey to founding Pathways & Possibilities Counseling Services has been rooted in helping people find their way forward. I began my career in community mental health and transitioned into a group practice, working with diverse challenges. Through numerous clinical interactions, I discovered a profound passion for treating anxiety and related issues like OCD and low self-esteem. I saw how focused, evidence-based tools could transform a person's life in a relatively short amount of time.
That passion led to the creation of my solo practice. I chose the name Pathways & Possibilities because it represents my core belief: Anything is possible, and the path is truly up to you. I don't give you the answers; I believe that all of my clients already possess the innate keys to succeeding—you just need the right support and tools to unlock them.
HEre’s what I believe about therapy:
This isn't about becoming someone different.
This process is about getting back to the real you—the one obscured by anxiety and self-doubt. We'll focus on removing the roadblocks, utilizing your inner wisdom, and equipping you with the right tools to effectively cope with anything life throws your way.
The best investment you can make is in yourself.
This isn't just about feeling better temporarily; it's about making a lifelong deposit into your well-being. By learning practical, scientifically-backed skills from therapeutic modalities like CBT, ERP, MI, and SFBT, you gain the tools you need to navigate future challenges with confidence.
You are inherently deserving of a healthy, loving relationship with your life.
Building a positive relationship with yourself is the foundation of true mental well-being. My approach to helping is tiered: we will first work together to determine your treatment needs. From there, I will introduce specific cognitive and behavioral skills to start you on your path to improved emotional wellness. Then, we can start to discover the abundance of possibilities that emotional wellness and a healthy mindset have to offer you.
Get the support that’s right for you.
